2. Shipping & Packing


Every item from me-jp.com is packed in a specially designed gift box and wrapped carefully; a gift package anyone would love to receive. We also take time to individually wrap every piece of jewelry to perfection, using several layers of bubble paper to ensure your gift arrives safely and beautifully. And to make it more personal for you and your loved ones.

3. Shipping Service


We use HK SpeedPost, HK Local Registered Packet, Registered Air Mail to deliver all international orders.  Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or hotels.

Please note that if me-jp.com products are returned because of undeliverable address, you will be responsible for return shipping charges and a re-stocking. Any balance will be refunded back to the customers' credit card.

4. Order Tracking


You are able to track the status of your order when you purchase products at Me-jp.com. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch notice email with an order tracking number and the tracking link of the shipping company. Simply click on the link and type your tracking number, and follow the status of your order.

5. Taxes and Duties


We do not charge sales tax.
