How to return the item?

Please download the return application form.doc, fill in the complete, intact with the original packaging / products / invoice to the post office by registered mail.  Address: (Futago Workshop Company, Attn: Customer Service,  13/F, Room S, Haribest Industrial Building, 45-47 Au Pui Wan Street, Fotan Hong Kong)

Upon receipt of your goods will return as soon as possible for you to apply for the refund.  We will refund into your account by filling in the account on the application form. (payment and remittance fee will be deducted freight, freight shipping methods vary depending on a detailed calculation please refer to shopping shipping instructions)

The receipt of goods that are deemed by us to be in good condition. Damaged products will not be refunded to you.
